Synopsis:

Considering that ‘Change is the only constant” and society as a whole is impacted, meeting these challenges sometimes becomes overwhelming, and the realization that a single unit of society cannot meet obligations and work in a vacuum, one must seek and find partners, collaborators, and associates to assist in organizing and prioritizing change, and as a new open unity of society, themselves become “Agents of Change”.

Being pragmatic, the NorCal Peru Chamber has accepted the challenges of change, but with the outlook that it brings opportunities for “Enrichment, Motivation, and New knowledge”. It acknowledges that through the Education and Training Committee the Chamber can seek, promote and develop new bridges of engagement towards change.

How the ETC-NCPCC embraces and adapts to “Change”?

  • Outreach, research and analysis of needs vs. wants of who are our immediate and mediate audiences

  • Prioritizing efforts and activities to engage the NOW and the FUTURE impacted audiences

  • Stimulating; New Solutions; New Business Models: New Opportunities

  • Establishing an ETC-NCPCC Institute with a dynamic infrastructure that is flexible and functional to support the development and implementation of  an  ETC-NCPCC “Action Plan”
