Committees

 

The community is the fundamental cell for the development of cities first and countries as a result. Norcal Peru CC has been set their sights on the professional development of its members and therefore their business. Be an active member of our institution is a great way to get involved in the development of the Community of Peruvian and Latin Americans in Northern California.

 

Each year our committees are working hard to further our mission offering its members the opportunity to participate in this exciting experience. Serve on a committee allows you to connect with fellow business leaders at a deeper level, while at the same time influences the programs and services of the House. You are welcome either to locate new members or to develop business programs, sharing experiences, events and even helping to develop the policy of the Chamber. The possibilities are endless on how you can help bring people and successful companies together. This type of interaction enhances the commercial structure of the community and helps businesses grow and prosper.

Membership and Marketing Committee

 

Develops and implements approved plans and programs that will result in membership growth and retention. It also provides general guidance for the management of marketing communications of the Chamber, including publications, fundraising and advocacy programs, and contributes to their implementation. The Membership Committee is investigating ways to add value and benefits to members. Volunteers become part of a critical equipment that helps recruit and retain members. Plan and implement committee membership programs to work in recruiting representatives of the diverse business activities in the community.

 

Ambassadors Committee 

 

The purpose of the Committee is to strengthen Ambassadors Chamber membership through planned communication with new and existing members. The group represents the Chamber openings and networking events. Provides outreach and services to members of the Chamber; provides scope for new businesses and prospective members in support of the Chamber and helps members to take advantage of the benefits and services available to the membership.

 

Events Committee

 

Identify, recommend and implement approved events for the community of Northern California to generate the operating income of the Chamber. Develop and implement events to display at Peru, South America and Northern California as a place to do business and increase employment. To provide a forum for business promotion in a nontraditional environment in order to broaden the exposure of participating companies and the Chamber.

 

Government Affairs

 

To ensure that decisions taken by government agencies are in the best interest of professionals, business and industrial communities of Peru, South America and North California advocating the business interests of all its members. 

 

 

Education Committee

 

This committee focuses on our vision of business and professional development. Its primary concern is to provide quality educational opportunities to provide professional excellence to our members improving their skills and leadership in the management of their business. This committee also has the task of sharing relevant day to day information to allow our members timely key decisions in their business management.
